Oil well Cement
Oil Well Cement_Class (G)/ Grade HSR
Is a special type of cement with high performance in terms of strength, thickening time, and resistance to high temperature and pressure. The well should be cased and cemented to ensure the stability of the wellbore and to isolate the trouble areas.
Application
- Oil well drilling.
- Gas well drilling.
Properties
- Bonding and support casing in wellbore.
- Restrict fluid movement between formations.
- Protect the casing from corrosion and shock leads during drilling.
- Prevent blowouts by quickly forming a hydraulic seal in wellbore.
Availability
- Bulk tankers.
- Jumbo bag 1.5-ton.
Storage
- Cement shall be in water/moisture proof silos, covered, not allow an increase of cement temperature, and not be for extended periods.
Condition of use
- They shall not contain high levels of moisture.
- They shall not contain lumps.
- They shall be used on 1st come 1st out basis.
